Donovan has over 20 years’ experience in climate risk, adaptation, scenario analysis and governance. A UNFCCC-appointed adaptation expert, he has developed scenarios that test banks' business models and delivered integrated climate risk assessments. He has reviewed climate governance for over 100 Australian councils, helping embed climate change into organisational decision-making.
Chloe combines more than 11 years of climate risk, adaptation and governance experience with expertise in data systems, analysis and visualisation. She has developed climate risk frameworks, co-designed the award-winning Informed.City governance platform, and built tools that grow clients' internal climate capability. She brings AI and data expertise to turn complex analysis into decision-ready insight.
